found in a pile of junk at peperes

i found the moorcroft at my grandfather while cleaning out old shed. you can see in one picture the moorcrost burslem y 3 marking. does anyone know if it's worth anything. i'm told it's pre floral patterns. i realise it has 2 large chips out of edge but that's it. can anyone help me.thanks in advance. i have tried kovels but no response.
