I bought this lamp at a garage sale. The blue is a pale sky blue. There are roses that have some evidence of gold etching. Any information appreciated.

it's a Fenton double globe poppy lamp; made in various colors and configurations. Here's one in the double globe configuration (sometimes called GWTW or Gone With The Wind lamp):
