strange Pam fishtal clock..no glass over hands..has anyone seen another??

    This fishtail is standard size and the patina on the bezel matchs right to the rest but the hands are out in the open, not under glass. Can anyone identify the model and age. The sticker was removed.

      Ray..Is the bezel on it correct or and another bezel goes over it or has someone installed a non-correct bezel?
