Late to the party but this caught my eye as I have a similar bicycle. This is a Swedish made Rambler. It is likely a mid 1950's model, one of the telling features is the lifting handle which can be seen on the front of the seat tube just above the crank arms. These did not appear until the 1950's.

The good news, if you are in the US, is you are in possession of a rare bird since these bicycles were not imported. This was likely brought to the US by an individual not wanting to part with it. The bad news, if you are in the US, this bicycle being of Swedish origin is not highly sought after by most US collectors. There are some, like myself who favor European bicycle but we are by and large an exception. This does affect value. It's a difficult call with the limited photo but I would estimate value at $3-400.00.

The Rambler in the link is most certainly not a 1928 bicycle but a 1947 or later bicycle and very similar to my own 1946 Ladies Model "Fix". The rear rack style changed from 1946 to 1947 like the one seen on this bicycle.
