Homer Laughlin pitcher and

I know this one is Homer Laughlin because it says it and I've looked online and think I have a pretty good idea about the year and location it was made based on the small green numbers/letters under "Homer Laughlin" but I don't know about what the gold numbers mean, model number maybe? I have more pics but could only upload 4. Very good condition but have no idea about it's value or anything like that. I assume this is pitcher but I'm not sure what the smaller bowl/cup would be considered. Any information helps. Thanks.
