Fork & Spoon / Jointed Mickey Mouse

Winthrop Silver Plated Mickey Mouse Fork and Spoon. Belonged to my mother when she was a baby (July 1933). I believe these were made in the 1930's but not sure of the date. No idea of their value?
The little mickey mouse is made of plastic, his arms and legs are jointed...he stands about 3 inches tall. On the backside of his trousers it is engraved Walt Disney Productions. Have no idea how old this little fellow is... and am wondering, based on the shape of his hands, if he might have been holding something at one time. This belonged to my Grandmother. Would be interested in finding out when these were made and any value in him? (other than the sentimental value these items hold). Thanks for looking!
