Anybody know if this is a michtom? If not maker? Value?
Looks like no claws, higher ears than the one I goggled, but could it be a variant or a later model?

Hi, this is a Steiff Maskenbar or masked teddy bear. He dates from the late 1960's to the 90's. If his feet are felt instead of a synthetic material he is 60's early 70's.
