What is the date (year) on the receipt?
The date on the receipt is 1999

I have posted some better pictures.
What does receipt say he is called on it ? I would say it was a limited edition by looks of him and is a Christmas Bear made by a Bear artist and sold my Nieman as a exclusive . He is well done but seems like a lot of money for him alone . I will keep looking . Thanks for larger photo the material he is made of is high quality.
