two 6" dishs with 1) angel scene and 2) Ladies on bridge scene

Dish 1) Dark blue with gold around edge. Scene is lady with 3 angels. The blue mark, see pic, on the back I think is Lh. I looked through a loop because I don't recognize it. Can someone tell me the maker and/or anything about the small plate?

Dish 2) is also dark blue with gold around the edge but the marks on the back are totally different. There is a gold squiggle and 2 small dashes on the plates edge, see pic. Again, can someone tell me the maker and /or anything about the dish?
