1915 GOLF TEE "VERY VERY RARE"

I got this golf tee along with a set of 1919 kRO flight irons and Spaulding bros woods by duncan all wood shafts with original leather grips. From a family friend they belonged to her husbands grandfather. checked into the golf tee a gentleman by the name of "Albert" invented this and filed for a pat in 1914 and the pat was issued in 1915 same year they started production. Known as the Manhattan Rubber Co. The tee is called the "Manhattan Tee" if you would like to know more about the clubs or tee let me know.
