We can't find another doll like this. Mickey has a plastic face, felt ears and a stuffed body. Any hints are appreciated.

He has a celluloid face which appears to be a mask on a oil cloth body but your photo is to small and more angles needed !
Here is one similar . Just different body and not sure your bod is original as these were also dolls you could make and oil cloth was popular from 40 and 50's
