Can you help identify this bottle. It was found deep in the woods of Northern Va.
Across the front it reads Federal law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle.
There is a badge in center of bottle with 2 birds heads over it. There is a crown over birds heads, 2 wings come out from both sides of badge, and a tail at the bottom, also 2 birds feet one holding a sword the other holding a stick with a pyramid on end of stick.
On bottom of bottle there is 3 letters shaped as a triangle. MTC with the m and c tucked under a bigger T.
