The only thing I know is that it is a hand crank postage machine, I got it from an auction. I like it because it is interesting... anyone have any helpful info? The stamps that are in this machine say Montgomery Ward
i kinda remember something about these they may have been used to crank out the s&h green stamps they use to give out
