I hope I am classifying this correctly as a hair lift pin. If not please let me know what type of jewelry or hair item this is. I am certain the stones are not jewels, but they do sparkle! Thanks!

There is a woman named Norma Lammont in England who has a shop on the website Ruby Lane named "The Spanish Comb". There may be similar items there that may give you some insight. I think your item is spectacular!
