antique Japanese sake jug

Need any help identifying the calligraphy on this ceramic/clay sake jug. My daughter is stationed in Japan and sent this 10 inch tall jug to me as a birthday present in 2014. She said she bought it from a "antique store" in Tokyo because she knows my passion for antiques.She never bothered to ask the owner what the calligraphy said. Please if you can identify for me it would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time & efforts.
