The Riddle of The Sphinx - Stunning Embossed and Water Color Art Lithograph - Unknown Artist

This unusual depiction of the great riddle of the Sphinx and the hero Oedipus is so striking that you just gaze at it. Embossed lithograph water color (or pastel) by an unrecognizable artist. I need help with the identification.

This work was purchased at a southern flea market, from a Middle Eastern gentleman in the 1980's. The origin of this painting is unknown. It is in perfect condition. The signature appears to read Awar or Dwar?
