Vintage Middle Eastern Tile Art

I found these at a thrift shop awhile back. The scene appears to be Middle Eastern, not quite sure. There is a symbol which maybe be a type of signature in the lower corner but I have no idea what it means. The wood frame appears to be older and there is a paper backing on each frame but no writing or identifying characteristics. I was hoping someone might know what they are! Thanks!
