54 inches high by 10 1/2 inch at square cast metal Art Deco design base. Can you help with its age I know it's been in our family since the early 30's. It was painted black over a dark red some decades ago. There are also flecks of gold that show through the chipped paint so it may have been gold at one point. There is no signature or trademark. It may have been wired for electricity at a later date than it was made. Thanks for any information.
