Velvet Jacket Made in Poland with Coat of Arms Buttons

I acquired this coat recently because I thought it was different. It is a velvet coat that says Made in Poland, but has no brand name on it. It is very well made. The buttons caught my attention as well. They have what I believe to be a coat of arms on them with something written in Polish I believe? Can anybody help me out with identifying anything on this coat? I tried my best to get clear pictures of the buttons with the wording and all. Thanks in advance!
