What is this doll?

sorry my phone is dead this is the only picture i could get but could someone tell me more about this doll? theres a tag on the outfit that says

"Artisan Way
#301
made in Thailand"

i tried searching for info on the company Artisan Way but i could only find a copyright statement that says theyve been dead since 1992 and i cant find any reference for this specific doll, not even anyone selling it on ebay!
i just wanna know if theres any history behind it or if its just a cheap mass-produced toy and if theres any history about the company that makes them thatd be cool too!!

i found it at a thrift store, it has a porelain head and a stuffed body
