My Father's two unique Budweiser cans. Has anyone ever seen anything like these?

These two can belonged to my father. I got to looking at them and noticed that the labels is upside down and figured may that's why he held on to them? If anyone out there could give me some education on them that would be great! :-) my name is Brian
