    Any guesses ? It's made of teak , about 9" long x 1/12" x 3/8". The 15 diagonal holes are 1/4" diameter, the 'finger hole? ' is 3/4" x 1 3/4" long .
    The vinyl suction cups are still pliable.
    Embossed on one side only is ,O.E.P and PAT PEND.
    It came from the Cape Cod area.

      It's a portable clothes hanger bar for the underside of a shelf (locker/closet/wall), The finger hook lets you carry the everything one handed. It's probably fine for hanging shirts/blouses. Very handy on a boat or for travelling.
