Samuel Theodore Williams Death Certificate (Ted Williams)

This here is Ted Williams death certificate which I found while working and moving a ton of shelves and desks. This certificate was found in a drawer that we had to clear in order to lift the desk. The paper was grey and looked pretty odd so I read it and that's when I filling out what I had in my hands. The great Ted Williams Death certificate.
