34" square table with metal tag on leg "N.B.D. 13550"

This table was given to me at least 40 years ago in Michigan. I am trying to find out the maker. The table top is 34" square and one inch thick. The leg height is 29". As you can see the table was taken apart when we moved. It is held together by the dowels and long screws. There is a metal tag on one set of legs marked "N.B.D. 13550". Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
