Can anybody identify the maker of this adze?

I was hoping that someone can identify this tool and the manufacturer. It's like an adze although the edges are not razor sharp. But not blunt like a mattock. Also note that most mattock 's second blade is usually 90 degrees to the first.

The letters appear to be DIG on one side and possibly AZT on the other.
