    It has a Fournier Montreal name on it and u.s.a. excelsior stamford conn. 5952 lock. It is on wheels. I am having a hard time finding anything like it
    It measures 55"x37"x27" and weighs at least 75 pounds. I am located in Moncton NB Canada. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

      I am in Edmonton,Alberta and have a trunk very similar ,made also by Fournier.
      Mine has the stand out rails to hang clothes on.
      I contacted Treasured Chests online and was told it is late 1890s or early 1900s. The value in excellent shape ,which mine is,is about 300$.
      Does yours have any travel stamps on it? Mine has a few ,one of which says `salesman samples`.
