A sheet music composed by Paolo Tosti. There are more variations in this one. There are , as far as I know 3 different ones. I have 2 and will post the other one too. The colours of the flowers can be red or green or more yellow. In 1899 Mister Tosti used this cover for all his songs, so from the outside its impossible to see which song it contains. Maybe the colours explained the contents. The illustrator is named H. Gillet. Was published by Edizioni Ricordi Milano in 1899.
