I was wondering if anybody knows what era this chair comes from? I went to re upholster the seats & when I took them off I could see there was something like hay coming out of it & I thought the old covering vinyl but not sure because it has the old tacs holding it down. It also has old flat head screws exposed in the back of the chair. No markings on it.
