sulzer ruti tool box

I'd love more information on the toolbox my dad recently gave me. I enjoy using old items not just displaying, so I'm using the for my electrical supplies. I don't know age or history of the box. It cleaned up very nicely, no rust just a tiny hesitation when in closes.
