Antique Kneehole desk. Unknown origin and age

So I came across this kneehole desk and have no idea what I have. I know it's antique. It came out of a house which the previous owner left it behind and I think I was lucky to grab it. It doesn't have any screws or bolts. Unable to date the primitive small nails used. in the desk was also a 1910 Ingersol junior pocket watch. Any ideas?
