Just got this today -- needed a desk for my office and scored this one for $40 before getting it home and realizing it's a kids desk. Wanted to make some modifications and thought I'd check the internet for inspiration. What I found is that this desk was part of a set in the 50s, and is selling online for $200-$500 with or without being refurbished or painted over.
