Would like to identify style and approximate age of this piece

I bought this dresser online. It has been refinished. The legs have intact wooden wheels. It is 38 " wide x 24" deep x 52 " tall which is quite deep. Not certain if this would be considered to be a chest or wardrobe or whatever. I was told the wheels could be quite valuable.
