From my Grandpa Looks like a marble base but has shells or rocks in it. The tulips are pastel , blue, pink, green, and orange glass not plastic. Lights all different ways..2 or 4 or the other two. So gorgeous I just can not ever find anything exactly like it to know what to call it.
