    This is made my a French company Creations Flora. I believe the pedals are made of either Alabaster or sea shells. They are attached with wire and do slightly move when touched.

    I have zero idea the age. Old I'm quite sure . Nor have any idea its value.

      Can you add a photo of the cord and plug? The bulb socket looks to be ceramic. There's nothing on the internet about the company. :-((
