Oak side chair, any info?

I recently bought this chair & was wondering if anyone knew how to tell by marks on the bottom who the maker/type of chair it could be. There is a number 5714 & under that 5-1028 1/2. It is oak, with a leather basket weave insert (needs replacing). There are a couple of leaves carved in the back also. A solid, comfy chair. No names/initials or anything. Just the numbers. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
