This panel board was produced by Frank Adam Electric for Western Electric. The date range would be from 1891 to 1922. This was manufactured around 1906 to 1910. It is copper buss on slate with edison base fuses. It was used in a commercial type building for lighting. Having been made for Western Electric, it is very rare as far as all my research shows because Western Electric moved away from actual electrical devices (of this nature: they obviously still produced fans and sound equipment) and focused on the phone. If you have any other information about panel boards by Western Electric I'd love to know. It has been difficult to find presice information.
