    Small China Creamer or Pitcher 3-31/2" tall looks like transferware. Fiqures are dres in period costume looks like Pilgrim hats. and a man with a sack and men with what looks like apples. I dont know what period this is maybe 1500-1600?

      This little creamer is Welsh it was made before 1900! Found another simular and it is a cup and saucer and has "Welsh Costumes" written on it.
