Disney Pinocchio DVD - Blank DVD released 1999

In November 1999 I order and received the Limited Issue Pinocchio DVD. When it arrived the DVD has the printed label like normal. The DVD itself was released with the movie being added. So therefore the DVD is blank. The DVD is from 11/99. It is in the original DVD container. The DVD has no scratches ( as there is nothing to see because its blank )

I can not find any information anywhere online about its value, if any.
I do know it was distributed by a company called Nimbus CD International.

Can anyone give me feedback about its worth. I have had this in my possession since 1999.
