Need help identifying...

Does anyone know who made this? There are absolutely no identifying markings of any kind. I have no idea of maker or around what year it would have been made. It's made of plastic and is jointed/movable joints. I am looking for any info so that I can try to replace it, as the feet have been chewed off. Thanks in advance for any info.
