Vintage train table lighter

I bought this lighter at a garage sale with a few other vintage table lighters. I can not find any markings to indicate a maker or time period for this lighter. Near the trigger it says "Japan" and on the side of the train is "4182", no other markings. Lighter measures 6 1/2” L x 2” W x 2 ½” H. If anyone knows anything about this lighter, or can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
