walking doll

Hello, I purchased some a trunk with dolls in it , I have no knowledge on any of them. First one. Any information would be grateful Any information on where it's from or how old it might be would be grateful. Thank you in advance walking doll she can walk her eyes open and close her head moves right to left when she walks Her arms can move up and down,on the back of her neck i see A /Any help in knowing how to take some glue off her neck, so I can read markings??she is 20 1/2 inch tall
