French Gold Leaf Figural Gilt clock

This clock belonged to my husband's Grandmother in Kentucky we were
told that is possibly circa 1800. There are no markings on it other than a V 1391. We would like to know more about who the maker was and what the figural is. It appears to be a woman holding a sickle and wheat. Because of it's age we are very excited to learn all we can about it's history. There is also a stamped 1055 on the mechanism and the pendulum.
