Statue

I found this going through storage and am curious as to what it may be. Is it vintage or collectible. What era is it from? Anything i can learn would be be fantastic. I am a new collector and don't know a whole lot about a lit of vintage items but as I learn along aling the way I am finding collecting to become more and more exciting. I love finding out about items and learning about them . I hope someone can point me in right direction of learning about this piece.
