1984 Neptune - Hollywood, Florida 14th Annual Convention decanter genuine Regal China.
We had a yard sale and a relative added this Neptune decanter to the sale and taped a 2$ price tag to it.I was amazed at this bottle being Neptune and it looked pretty cool. I bought it and put in the closet until now. Comments welcome!!
