      Your doll appears to be by photo made of composition in Germany . I can not see markings on back of head to help ID who made her . She should be n a ball jointed composition body which is more desirable than just a kid leather one as you can pose these . She has a bad crack, replaced wig and clothes :-(
      From photo she looks like 1920's doll but again she is not nude and I can't see her markings which would help the 7/0 is a size reference and does not identify mold
