Manufactured by Polyphon Musikwerke AG, Leipzig, Germany in 1903
This machine marked the entry into the typewriter market of the important Leipzig manufactured of disc-playing music box.
Paul Riessner invented the down stroke design with the curved two row keyboard, two years later a new model with a three row keyboard. Production ceased in 1909.
