an antique pottery vase marked vearl? Another favorite piece..any clues?

I'm on a roll I love this forum..so helpful..this is another piece I've had for a few years from a purchased estate, mostly turn of the century. It is turquoise blue with gold gilt and scalloped? on outside. Its really simple but lovely..Does anyone know about something like this? Marked Vearl with a swirly number like mark on the underside...again..any info is greatly appreciated!
