I found this bike on my way home from work. Very fast, and runs like a champ. Serial # is DT1F. Cant seem to find dt1f, and not sure of year.

it is about a 77 motorcycle and i cant tell u nothin on the serial #
thanks. i believe its a 1972 dt1. someone told me it just looks like a "f".

I HAD A 125 ENDURO AND A 250MX
DT1F in the serial & engine numbers is definitely a 1972 DT2. There should be a white sticker with black letters on the goosneck behind where the headlight bucker used to be. It will have the Serial number and the build month/year on it as MMM YY. If it was built in 1971 its a very safe bet that its a model year 1972. They were great bikes and its a wonderful find. Enjoy it.
