Japanese Gofun Doll Mysterious Tag

I have this very pretty Japanese Gofun doll that is attached to a base with a little brass tag. I have never been able to figure out what this tag means I am hoping some one would recognize it. It's stands 11" including the base and has always been encased in glass.
