late 1800's street lamp

this lamp was given to me ,included in a bid to remove a small jungle from a home he just bought....the owner had no desire to even look at it....had to an antique dealer in ft worth tx...would'nt elaborate on much other than it was a nice piece and was worth looking into as far as i know i still have a piece or all of the globe,there is a piece broken out of it.I was to afraid of moving it when we moved to pa, my wife's aunt has it at her home in ft worth
